An institution, not an intermediary.

Nineteen years structuring the projects that governments and investors stake their credibility on.

Purpose

Why TBH exists

Africa's growth story has never lacked ambition. It has lacked the patient, disciplined structuring that turns a good idea into an asset a pension fund can hold for twenty years.

TBH Holdings was founded to close that gap: standing between governments with mandates to deliver, investors with capital to place, and the technical realities of building at scale. We exist to make ambitious projects bankable, and bankable projects real.

Vision

A continent whose infrastructure is built by African-led capital and expertise, structured to the highest institutional standard.

Mission

To originate, structure and deliver investment-ready projects that withstand the scrutiny of institutional capital and serve the economies they are built in.

Values

Five disciplines we do not compromise on.

01

Rigour

Every structure is stress-tested against the standards of the capital we are asking to commit.

02

Integrity

We advise the same way whether the client is a government, a fund, or a first-time developer.

03

Patience

Infrastructure is measured in decades. We do not force timelines to fit a fundraising cycle.

04

Proximity

We work from within the markets we serve, not remotely, and not occasionally.

05

Stewardship

Our obligation continues long after financial close: to the asset, and to the people it serves.

Methodology

Discipline applied consistently, regardless of sector or scale.

Partnership Philosophy

We work as principal, not just as advisor.

We take positions alongside the institutions we advise (capital, reputation and time) because counsel without shared exposure is easy to give and hard to trust.

This is why our relationships tend to outlast any single transaction: sponsors return not for a report, but for a partner who stays through the parts of a project that are difficult to staff for.

Long-Term Thinking

Infrastructure outlives news cycles. So does our commitment to it.
